Margherita’s appearance at the Just Flutes Festival 2025 is generously supported by The British Flute Society.
The BFS Competitions are a chance for players to showcase their talent, receive feedback from top judges, connect with other musicians, and win brilliant prizes. In 2025 the winner of the Young Artist category will perform a 45-minute recital at the Just Flutes Festival, 6 months after the competition.
The Young Artist category is open to performers aged 19-24 on 31 August 2025 and Grade 8 or above in standard. The total performance time allowed is 8 minutes (including breaks between movements/pieces). The performance can be shorter than this, but must not exceed this time.
